The newly drawn (2011) 23rd Senate district includes all or parts of Addison, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn, Glendale Heights, Hanover Park, Itasca, Roselle, Villa Park, West Chicago and Wood Dale:
